These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Beijing Yi'an Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of our mobile applications, games, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy.

1.1 Platform-Specific Terms

Our Services are distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your use of our Services is also subject to:

• Google Play Terms of Service (for Android users)
• Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (for iOS users)
• The respective platform's payment and refund policies

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

3.1 Virtual Items and Currency

Our Services may offer virtual items, currency, or premium features available for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items have no real-world value and are licensed, not sold
• We may modify, remove, or discontinue virtual items at any time
• Virtual items are non-transferable between accounts or users
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law

3.2 Subscriptions

Some Services may offer subscription-based access:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Payment: You authorize the applicable platform (Google Play or App Store) to charge your payment method
• Cancellation: You must manage subscriptions through your device's account settings, not through us
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with advance notice as required by platform policies

3.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform (Google Play or App Store) in accordance with their refund policies. We generally do not provide refunds except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
• Harass, abuse, harm, or advocate harassment, abuse, or harm toward others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any destructive code
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including but not limited to software, code, graphics, text, designs, logos, trademarks, and all intellectual property rights) are owned by Beijing Yi'an Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. or our licensors.

5.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our applications on devices you own or control
• Use our Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

5.3 User Content

If our Services allow you to submit content (such as comments, scores, or custom creations), you:

• Retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it in connection with the Services
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content
• Agree that content will not violate these Terms or any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion.

6. Termination

6.1 By You

You may stop using our Services at any time. Uninstalling our applications does not automatically cancel subscriptions—you must cancel through the appropriate platform.

6.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You must cease all use of the Services and uninstall all applications
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 General Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEIJING YI'AN ZHIXIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

8.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR
• ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00)

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved as follows:

• First: Informal negotiation for at least 30 days
• Second: Mediation in Beijing, China
• Third: Binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Beijing Arbitration Commission

You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9.3 International Users

If you are accessing our Services from outside China, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. The Services are controlled and operated from China, and we make no representation that they are appropriate or available for use in other locations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through:

• In-app notifications (where technically feasible)
• Updates on our website at yianmobile.com
• Email to registered users (if applicable)
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any platform-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
